Why are we doing this?

How can we serve you?

We personally have very close connections with Indonesia and are in a position to assist both farmers and Indonesians wanting to support their families.

In Australia, while many businesses have shed staff or closed down, there are many other industries that are booming and finding it hard to fill their vacancies.

Why are we different?

We are both a labour hire company and an employment agency with a pool of workers of a wide range of skills including crane operators, forklift drivers, heavy vehicle mechanics, welders, health care workers, bus drivers and a specialisation in supplying farms, cattle stations and abattoirs with workers on a labour hire basis.

Our main focus is helping hard working Indonesians get jobs in farms as Indonesians are closely connected to farming although on a much smaller scale than we have here in Australia but their knowledge and experience will be a real asset. For instance, our CEO, Nita, enjoyed working in her family’s padi fields and coffee farm from her high school days, preferring to spend time at their farms or mountain climbing during weekends. She has green fingers and an amazing relationship with plants resulting in her ability to identify native plants to treat various maladies.

Her experiences and connection to nature are reflected in the way our company runs this business – with loving care – and that is what we stand for.
